The developer wanted to create a stunning new family house from an existing Victorian property.

The inside of the property is to be removed in parts to create a focal point full height glazed staircase. Extensions have been added to the rear of the property to create family rooms and form a direct link between the property and the garden. Large areas of the existing structure have been opened up and glazed to bring light into the core of the existing building.
