Built on a plot of two former bungalows, this project maximises the potential of this sustainable site. The client required a design for a small apartment block that would blend with the surrounding mix of detached and semi-detached houses along with other small apartment developments within the street scene. The apartments are generous in scale, fulfilling the local need for high quality, capacious accommodation. The building is set back from the street with landscaped gardens to the front and rear, creating a domestic atmosphere which is often lost in apartment projects.
