Garswood Manor

An apartment development located in the centre of Maghull.

RAL were approached by the client to design a new build apartment block on the site of a large detached house. The local planning department were keen to retain a two story height limit in keeping with neighbouring properties, so a scheme was devised to maximise the site’s potential by utilising the roof space for additional dwellings. The final development provided a total of 12 generously proportioned apartments, fitted out to a high specification.
