Hatherleigh

A mixed use development of houses, apartments, shops and industrial units in West Devon.

The client approached RAL to design a masterplan for a large development plot at Hatherleigh. The proposals that are now being developed incorporate a scheme for 123 buildings and a market square re-design which will provide a link between the development and the rest of town.
