We are often asked to formulate proposals for back land development sites. Many of the homes in this area of the north west have large rear gardens, which can, if sensitively developed, prove to be a wise investment by homeowners, and also help with the provision of much needed new homes in the region. This particular project is a typical example of this sort of development. Here we arrived at a contemporary, open plan, three bedroom dwelling, which considers the amenity of its neighbours and future residents alike. The project was given planning permission in 2018 and will be on site mid 2019, when this considerate design will be fully realised.
