A development for Servite Houses, a registered social landlord, comprising of 13 three bedroom houses and 10 two bedroom apartments on a former factory site in Southport.

A restricted site required careful planning to avoid overlooking existing adjacent properties and negotiations with the highway authority. The development was designed in traditional form with materials mirroring those of surrounding properties.
