Lancaster Road

A project to reconfigure the internal floor layout and update exterior elevations of a large family home in Southport.

The client wanted to give this substantial property an overhaul, with focus on the front elevation of the building. RAL put together a scheme involving an extension to the entrance of the building to provide a porch at ground floor level with study above. A revised roof plan along with replacement windows, stone lintels and detailing and a rendered wall finish produce an interesting front elevation which sits well within the street scene.
