RAL have worked with Kingswood Homes on various projects over the last decade, developing a series of standardised house types which can be applied to new developments as required.

Kingswood Homes (UK) Ltd was established in 2009 with a view to developing small residential projects throughout the North West of England, aiming to fill a gap in the market for small but high quality residential developments. RAL have worked on numerous projects, including Library Gardens, Birkdale an executive development of 3 and 4 bedroom properties, and Mount Carmel Gardens in the sought after area of Aughton, an executive development designed and built to a high specification. Ploughman’s Close, Crossens, another project in the Kingswood portfolio, was shortlisted for the North West Property Awards in the ‘Best small new home development’ category, and along with other Kingswood developments have helped regenerate and revitalise redundant areas of local towns by providing much needed housing.
