Liberty Walk

This development comprises of eight 3 storey town houses and twelve 2 bedroom apartments on a site of an acre for Gleeson Homes.

The design solution was to provide a strong stepped frontage split into two blocks to correspond to the large Victorian properties in the area. To the rear a high quality hard landscaped parking courtyard is surrounded on three sides by the new properties creating an enclosed secure environment for the majority of the properties. The landscape solution is innovative in that four of the houses have private rear gardens which open up onto a large communal garden area shared with the apartments.
