Whalley Road

A gateway site into Clitheroe, a town in the heart of the Ribble Valley.

The development is split into three blocks taking maximum advantage of the sloping site, and creates a vehicle parking courtyard in the centre.

The design utilizes local materials to create a modern interpretation of the local vernacular and the scale of the three and four storey scheme is emphasized with the use of bays and balconies.
