A contemporary four storey apartment development, located in the Birkdale Conservation Area, to replace a dilapidated Victorian school building.

The original four storey, stone and brick entrance tower to the school, which is a prominent, architectural feature of the Conservation Area, is to be retained and integrated into the design.
