A highly skilled architecture firm based in Merseyside, UK.
RAL was established in 2001. We are an award winning RIBA Chartered Practice based in Southport, Merseyside, who have achieved recognition for original, contextual and enduring architecture in both town and country. Our involvement for almost two decades in small and large scale housing, retail and leisure projects has given us a great insight into client needs and expectations.
We are a collection of people with a wealth of experience in various fields of architecture, a valuable resource which we bring to the table with each and every project. Our approach to design is to work in close partnership with our clients, both commercial and domestic, and to put creativity, innovation, usability and value for money on an equal footing.
Each new project has a designated team responsible for seeing the scheme through to completion. We believe that good management and communication are key to successful buildings and a satisfied customer / end user. Our long standing and award winning involvement with local planning and building control departments has led to excellent working connections, which has enabled us to navigate the most complex of planning issues with a productive outcome. Good client relationships are central to everything we do, and we endeavour to discuss and inform at every stage, united in a common goal.
As chartered members of The Royal Institute of British Architects and The Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists, our competence and qualifications are professionally endorsed, affording our clients added protection and peace of mind.
