Park Lane Estate

Extensive, phased housing regeneration of this Liverpool estate following a thorough, resident consultation process, resulted in the demolition of some of the poorest quality stock and the construction of 120 new homes with private garden areas.

Some of the existing blocks were extensively refurbished to create contemporary private apartments. Several disabled bungalow units were also incorporated into the scheme.
